Our Compass Workshop Program
Unlike other public workshops, our Compass Program is designed to provide your employees with the tools they need to succeed and the skills they need to immediately apply what they have learned back in the workplace. Space repetition training is the key. Our 12 month Compass Program is an on-going monthly, half-day session designed around the space repetition adult learning model. Adults retain only 20% of what they hear and 90% of what they do. These highly interactive learning sessions are designed to produce results and business solutions that can be implemented immediately.
On-Site Training
As part of our on-site training, we begin with an in-house consultation to evaluate your organization's structure, culture and environment.This allows us to custom fit a powerful training package targeting your organization's specific business needs.
