Roger is a management and organizational design consultant based in Littleton, Colorado with a dual background in psychology and organizational behavior. Since graduating with his doctorate from the University of Minnesota, he has provided consulting, training, and team-building to help organizations improve their results and create work cultures of productive and committed employees.
Roger served as Vice President of Human Resources for an 1800 person electronics firm in the Northwest where he was responsible for organization development corporate-wide, working with senior management to redefine their values and philosophy, initiating a corporate training strategy, and serving as leader of a cross-functional customer service team that improved workflow throughout the company.
He also founded and served as President of The Human Development Institute, Inc. where he created a number of experiential programs in personal empowerment and interpersonal communication which have been taught hundreds of times in dozens of cities nationwide.
